Delete Your Account — TwentyList

You can permanently delete your TwentyList account and associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the TwentyList app and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm — your account is deleted immediately
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, can't sign in, or prefer email, send a deletion request to:
Send the request from the email address on your account (or tell us your TwentyList username/email) so we can verify it's you. We process email deletion requests within a reasonable time, consistent with timelines required by applicable law (for example, within 45 days under CCPA).
What gets deleted

| Profile (name, email, photo, ZIP) | Deleted immediately |
| Your listings and listing photos | Removed from the feed and deleted, including stored images |
| Favorites, reviews you left | Deleted |
| Active subscriptions (Premium) | Canceled at time of deletion |
| Direct messages | Removed from your view; retained up to 90 days for safety/abuse investigations, then purged |
| Moderation and report records naming your account | Retained ~1–2 years for safety and legal defense, as permitted by law |
